Nadia St-Jean

MSc Candidate Geology

Nadia St-Jean is an exploration geologist from Timmins, Ontario. She is in her first year of the Masters program at Laurentian University as part of the Metal Earth program. She is currently working on the stratigraphic and structural framework of the Kerr-Addison gold deposit.

Nadia is an exploration geologist with 5 years of previous experience working on gold deposits, both in exploration and mining. She most recently worked in Mauritania at the world class Tasiast gold mine which is an Archean orogenic gold deposit. She decided to shift gears and enter into the Masters program at Laurentian given the excellent opportunity offered by Metal Earth to study mineral deposits within the prolific Abitibi greenstone belt.
