The deadline to apply for a scholarship for fall term studies is Monday, August 10, 2020.

The new Harquail BSc Scholarships were generously established by David Harquail and Family to help students start and continue their education at the Harquail School of Earth Sciences. Successful first-year recipients may reapply to receive the scholarship in their second year of study.

2020-2021 Eligibility Criteria

Eight (8) student scholarships shall be granted to undergraduate students who are registered full-time in the first year of either the BSc Earth Sciences or BSc Environmental Geoscience programs at Laurentian University’s Harquail School of Earth Sciences. Two (2) student scholarships will be awarded to eligible students in their second year of studies. Of the total 10 scholarships granted, four (4) will be renewable if the initial first-year recipients re-apply in second year, and continue to meet award criteria.
