I received my BSc in Mining Engineering with a focus on Mineral Exploration from Yazd University and my MSc in the same field from Isfahan University of Technology (both in Iran). I completed my PhD at the University of New South Wales, Australia. I have been teaching and conducting research as an academic staff member in the Department of Mining Engineering at Isfahan University of Technology since 2008. In March 2024, I joined Metal Earth at the Harquail School of Earth Sciences at Laurentian University. My fields of interest are Exploration Geochemistry, Environmental Geochemistry, and Data Analysis. I am a member of the Metal Earth project's Data Analytics team led by Dr. Jeff Harris. My role involves processing data from various geodatabases to characterize the Wabigoon and Abitibi subprovinces for mineral exploration purposes.
