Jacqueline Edwards


Jackie joined the Metal Earth technical team in 2017. She spends her day supporting staff in all aspects of the wild world of GIS, including automating procedures, field data collection and data management.

Jackie has 5 years of experience with GIS, specializing in administrating and developing web based GIS systems. She is well rounded and a life long learner, having graduated with BA (Hons) in Anthropology from Laurentian University in 2011, a certificate in Applied Geographic Techniques in 2012 also from Laurentian University, a post graduate certificate from Sault College in Geographic Information Systems - Applications Specialist in 2013 and a certificate in Computer Based Information Systems in 2015 from University of Victoria, as well as countless continuing education courses provided by ESRI and Geocortex. She is a passionate advocate for GIS education, participating in the ESRI GIS Ambassadors program which helps to educate youth on the power of GIS.
